Answer: Two Sun Baby accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and eCheck, and all transactions are processed through the secure PayPal website server. 2. IS MY CREDIT CARD SECURE?
Answer: Yes, with up to 256 SSL (Secure Socket Layering) encryption technology in use on the Two Sun Baby website, you can be assured that our order and checkout forms are as secure as possible. Protecting you, the customer, from unauthorized use of your information as it is sent to our secure payment processor, PayPal, is our highest priority.
3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Answer: NO, not at this time.
4. What is your shipping policy?
Answer: If your baby gift or baby shower gift order consists of more than one (1) item your shipment may arrive in multiple packages or boxes. This is because Two Sun Baby seeks out the best and the most unique baby gifts possible and our suppliers and manufacturers are located throughout the United States. Orders are typically processed the day they are received and most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Our standard shipping is normally by UPS Ground. In some cases though your order may be delivered via USPS "Priority Mail", or Fed-Ex Ground. These other carriers may be used depending on your order and its final destination and which shipping method is deemed to be the fastest. (Next Day or 2-Day Service is available at higher shipping rates. Please e-mail or call us for the most current rates.)
5. HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AND WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE USED?
Answer: Here at Two Sun Baby we do our best to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. (PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NORMAL SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY-FRIDAY, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS.) All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped even sooner. "Standard Shipping" is by UPS Ground, though it is possible that another carrier may be used. (Please see SHIPPING POLICY above) Because of the quickness of our "Standard Shipping" and the higher costs associated with "EXPRESS" delivery, we DO NOT offer this delivery option at checkout. However, if a quicker delivery is desired, "UPS Next Day" or "2-Day Service" is available. Please e-mail or call us for the most current shipping rates.
* PLEASE NOTE: Due to the high UPS costs associated with shipping to our Alaska customers, we do offer the U.S. Postal Service as a lower cost shipping option. Please e-mail us as soon as possible to request this change from our usual UPS shipping service.
